You may choose to purchase waterproof covers for your chairs.
There are two other colours to choose from in our reclining section (stock dependent).
How do you use the reclining option?
The easy to reach lever is conveniently located on the side of your rocking recliner.
If you pull the lever the chair will gently recline.
Simply stop leaning back when you are in your ideal position and the chair will lock into place.
There is a second lever to open and close the footrest.
What is the set made from?
You will not have to worry about this rocking and reclining bistro set rusting as it is made from a strong rust-free aluminium.
This set can be left outside in the rain and snow.
The hand woven synthetic rattan will not fade or become damaged in the sunshine because it is treated with a UV protective coating, making this furniture suitable to be left out in any kind of weather.
All you need to do is keep your cushions away from the rain and damp when not in use to ensure a long lifetime.

When will my item be delivered?
COVID-19: Your item(s) will be delivered within 7-10 days of your order being placed, however it's often a lot sooner, with many being despatched within 3 days.
If your item is listed as a pre-order then it will be delivered on the approximate date listed on the product page.
If you have a specific date you would prefer, then write it into the "comments" section when you checkout on our website, although we cannot guarantee a date we will try to match it.
Where do we deliver?
Home delivery is included in the price to UK mainland addresses (excluding parts of the Scottish Highlands).
Please note that we can no longer ship items to the Channel Islands or Northern Ireland.

Small Items Can Be Left Safe With Neighbour
If you have ordered a single chair or bench, then it can be left safe with a neighbour if you aren't in.
When placing your order please use the comments box to let us know who the courier could leave your item(s) with safely.
Items can be left on the ground floor of the property, but not carried up stairs or around/over garden fences.
The Day of Delivery
You will receive an email from the courier on the day of your expected delivery to give you a timeslot for that day.
This means you do not have to stay in all day waiting for a delivery to arrive.
In the event that you are not home when the delivery is attempted (and you would prefer it wasn't left safe), the courier will leave a card at your address to arrange another suitable date for delivery.
How Will My Furniture Arrive?
Your furniture will arrive in a box, either carried by a courier if small enough, or for larger orders on a pallet.
Please note that our courier/pallet delivery services will not take items around the back of your house, and you will be left with the pallet and boxes to dispose of.

Unlike many internet retailers (particularly in the last year) our website won't say In Stock unless we have it in our store ready to send to you.
Our product images are designed to help you see that we have the product in store, as opposed to a generic manufacturer's stock image.

3 Year Warranty
This set is so durable, that the frame and weave is covered by a 3 year warranty.
In reality, our experience says that it will last well beyond this, with many customers reporting their furniture looking great 10+ years on.
This is because we use the strongest aluminium frame that won't rust, and the most durable synthetic rattan weave – UV stabilized to prevent fading and damage from the sun.
