Who We Are

We are a family-run garden furniture retailer operating from Sapcote, Leicestershire for over 23 years. Our team works from a single site comprising our showroom, warehouse, and offices. We sell rattan garden furniture to UK customers through this website and our physical showroom.

How We Source Products

We work with a small group of manufacturers, most of whom we have partnered with for several years. We maintain direct contact with their management and have visited their production facilities. Our model is straightforward: finished goods arrive at our Leicestershire warehouse, and we deliver them to customers ourselves.

Our Standards

Modern slavery and human trafficking have no place in our business or the businesses we buy from. As a small company, our approach is based on personal relationships and direct oversight rather than large-scale compliance frameworks. We know who makes our products and we would not work with anyone whose practices gave us cause for concern.

Employment

Every member of our team is directly employed by Sapcote Garden Centre LTD on proper contracts. We do not use agency workers, zero-hours arrangements, or subcontracted labour. All staff are paid at or above the National Living Wage.
